Jesus Ministry
1-Intro 2-Message 3-Spoken Words
Somehow, the “Old Testament” wasn’t getting people where they needed to be. It never completed the transition from the fallout, which was the very reason for bringing forward the “New Testament”, — to complete the transition.
NOTE: It is vital that you read the complete article and not just in part.

What was Jesus’ Message?
1 - Jesus Message Introduction
I-1) Jesus, in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, came to salvage whatever was still salvageable, which is the whole meaning behind the word “Salvation”, — to save and salvage from the old, and transition it into the new. Heavenly Father released a much needed upgrade for the Old Testament by sending His Son Jesus with a New Priesthood, a New Covenant, and most importantly, a Whole New Way of moving forward.
I-2) All of this newness was probably the big reason why they called it the “New Testament” for all things are new and have been redefined. What was incomplete, — is now complete. In the Four Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, Jesus shows up and begins to unpackage that new model.
I-3) Jesus starts off His ministry by unveiling the Kingdom of Heaven, with our need to be born again. A Kingdom that comes with the power to heal, deliver, revive, renew, refresh, restore, and realign. A Kingdom that comes with healing, deliverance, signs, wonders, and miracles. Jesus emphasized the need to love one another and to walk in true character. And most importantly, that we start viewing things through the lens of the Kingdom of Heaven. And because of Jesus, — we have now entered into a whole new way of living.
I-4) During His 3.5 years of displaying what true ministry looks like, many were born again prior to His crucifixion. Jesus emphasized our need to believe in the one whom the Father has sent. For the one who was prophesied throughout the Old Testament has now come to unveil the New Testament. Jesus was sent by His Father to demonstrate and model what it is to walk in the new. It’s a whole new experience, a whole new way of moving forward.
I-5) When Jesus released His disciples to experiment with the Kingdom, the manifestations of the Kingdom were only possible by releasing His name. It was acknowledging the powerful characteristics that comes from that name, and the dunamis power that fuels that name, — that unleashed the expression of the Kingdom here on earth.
I-6) For the disciples to even see the Kingdom, they had to be born again. And for the disciples to even play a part in demonstrating the Kingdom, they needed to be walking in the Spirit. Both the Spirit and the Kingdom together created the needed fuel that moved the disciples forward and the ministry of Jesus forward.
I-7) But an interesting fact about those initial demonstrations of the Kingdom, was that Jesus, at that point, was still a few years away from being the risen one. In the midst of the Kingdom coming, and His Fathers will being done here on earth, Jesus was establishing what true ministry needs to look like prior to His crucifixion, and prior to His resurrection.
I-8) According to Jesus, — for the disciples to see the Kingdom and demonstrate the Kingdom, they needed to be born again. They needed to be living vessels for the Spirit of God. Also, John the Baptist, while water baptizing, testified that He who believes in the Son of God has everlasting life. So the reality of being born again, walking in the same Spirit that Jesus walked in, and receiving everlasting life, was clearly established during Jesus’ 3.5 years of ministry prior to being the resurrected one.
I-9) The Kingdom of Heaven was an all-inclusive part of life in the Garden of Eden. But because of the fall, Adam and Eve were removed from that Kingdom environment, and the glory that covered them also vanished. The Kingdom was no longer part of their lifestyle. But Jesus mentions that when a person is born again, they will once again see the Kingdom. Jesus clearly states to His disciples that you must be born again to engage with the Kingdom.
I-10) Jesus talks about forgiveness. He said Moses gave you the law but none of you keeps the law. And when approached by the religious system regarding the adulterous woman, Jesus said that he who is without sin among you; let him cast the first stone. The new priesthood that Jesus walked in, — was all about righteous judgment, about forgiveness, about restoring a people from a fallen world that was saturated with unrighteousness and self-righteousness. To judge NOT according to appearances, — but to judge righteously from the heart.
I-11) Jesus preached, saying, “ Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.” John the Baptist preached saying, “ I baptize you with water for repentance.” — and many were water baptized as they confessed their sins. During Jesus’ time, John the Baptist was water baptizing, and so were some of the disciples of Jesus also water baptizing. Jesus himself was water baptized. So the ministry of repentance and water baptism was also an active part during the 3.5 years of Jesus’ Ministry prior to His crucifixion.
I-12) With the ministry model set in motion, and His disciples engaging with the Kingdom, Jesus now sends out the twelve disciples in two’s with the following instructions: “ As you go, proclaim this message: The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand, heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, and cast out the demons.” The amazing thing about this release is that Jesus is still alive. Being the risen one was still a few years away.
I-13) Also, another big reason for Jesus showing up was to establish Himself a Bride. At the very beginning of Jesus’ ministry, John the Baptist mentions of the coming Bridegroom, and that the Bridegroom will come and set the stage so that the Bride can make herself ready for the upcoming wedding. The unleashing of the Kingdom was to help clear the way for the Bride. The Kingdom surprises were designed to steer the Bride in the right direction as she now shakes off those entrenched religious mindsets.
I-14) Jesus’ intention was that His ministry model would be fully operational prior to the Cross. Jesus prayer in the upper room was that His disciples ( and the functioning model that He plans to leave with them ) would create a oneness as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one. Being born again they are now complete, having their existence totally updated, they can now walk in a oneness and go the distance.
I-15) With His upcoming departure, He now entrusts them with a fully operational model that now gives them the ability to be one with the three. That the three in one, now have the potential to be the four in one, as the whole family is now united, — Father, Son, Holy Spirit, and the Bride. According to the Kingdom of Heaven there is only one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God, and one Father of all, — and the one Bride of Jesus Christ has just been included into that oneness.
I-16) So what was the core of His message, because what Jesus modeled and released, ended up being a fully functioning ministry model prior to His departure. His crucifixion, and the shedding of His blood, sealed the model and solidified redemption. In the Book of Acts, His disciples gave continuance to that message, and the Epistles that followed strengthen that message. So what was the original message that Jesus laid out during His 3.5 years of ministry? Because that message that He released within the four gospels, created the biggest movement, — a movement that we are presently missing.
I-17) Satan saw first hand the power behind the Kingdom of Heaven and for 2000 years he has corrupted that original Jesus message creating all kinds of division by cultivating multiple religions, thousands of denominations, keeping people in a busyness that has nothing to do with the Fathers business, nor the ministry model that Jesus exemplified. Jesus’ message was complicit that His disciples not blend His message with any of the present day religions and cults, but that they would step out and make movement with the Kingdom.
I-18) So if Heavenly Father strategically planned out the 3.5 years of His Sons ministry right down to the day and hour, then it’s critical that we fully understand the true message behind those 3.5 years. Because those 3.5 years was all part of a covert operation that strategically carved out a working ministry model for the on going work of redemption. Those 3.5 years released a powerful movement on how the church needs to function with the Kingdom of Heaven.

2 - Jesus Message Unpackaged
M-1) So what was His message? First of all, Jesus’ Message had a lot to do with the Kingdom of Heaven landing here on earth, and to believe on the one whom the Father has sent. It had a lot to do with walking in true character, walking in love, and leaving behind all that is false. Jesus was re-organizing the house ( the newly revised living temples ) for the indwelling Spirit of God.
M-2) The Good News that Jesus brought forth was hitting His disciples on so many levels. To be born again was just the beginning of an incredible journey. Jesus’ plan was to realign them back into that original design, as to the Fathers original intentions. His whole ministry was all about His invitation to draw near to Him as He transfers them from the inside out. Shifting them out of a lifestyle that was never meant to be and have them surrender to the transformation process.
M-3) Jesus knew, that while walking in a fallen world, His disciples would undoubtedly continue to sin. That’s a given, which is why He was constantly giving language and direction towards their new born again nature, — constantly teaching them about leaving the old, and getting on with the new. The Kingdom was a whole new playing field; it was a world within a world.
M-4) It was a daily challenge for them to walk away from the old and into all that is new. Jesus was directing His disciples to lean on Him and to leave their understandings behind. To keep their eyes on Him and His teachings. To allow Him to make straight what is crooked and have them mature into their new identities, for He is the living Word, the Spirit of Prophecy, sent from heaven that has come in the flesh. To trust in Him, and to have faith in Him, for He is the living compass sent by the Father that will direct their paths.
M-5) Jesus knew that His disciples had a hundred and one things bouncing around inside their heads, — constantly struggling with life as they now walk in their new born again life. Most had difficulties walking out and communicating those struggles as they were challenged by the on going corruption, which is the very reason why a powerful Kingdom needed to come. Being born again, His disciples now get to view things through a different lens as Jesus now begins to educate them on how it was always meant to be.
M-7) Jesus emphasized that those who walk in the will of His Father, will experience the dynamics of the Kingdom of Heaven along with all its freedoms. That those who are born again, get to fully engage with that Kingdom. That to experiment with the Kingdom and engage with its unfolding mysteries is all part of the born again package as it restores and realigns.
M-8) The moment Jesus started taking care of His Fathers business, His constant message was that people repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. In other words Jesus was saying that it’s vital they walk in the weaponization of the Kingdom. A weaponization where the Kingdom of Heaven takes back stolen ground. But for that to be a reality they needed to repent first. Jesus was attempting to steer a people into a whole new reality, a whole new identity, and into a whole new spiritual experience.
M-9) To repent takes humility, and when activated, it then allows the process of reconciliation and sanctification to have its way as it directs the whole process into that born again life style. Once reconciled, true identity starts to kick into gear as it discards all that is false. Jesus’ ministry was to steer them out of the false and into all that is true. Their true identity is all about what God plans to do through them, and what God plans to do for them.
M-10) To become born again was only the start. Walking away from all that is false is where the journey really begins. The refinement of character includes the dealing of all of life’s messes and compromises as they begin to experience a whole new way of moving forward. Up to that point the disciples lived a way of life that was nothing close to the way it was always meant to be.
M-11) Born into the tragedy, they endured hardships. The call was to follow Jesus so that He could redefine their lives. As a misaligned people, He now plans to realign them as to His Fathers original design. His message to His disciples was that those who are willing to pursue Him with all their heart would then have access to the mysteries of the hidden treasures of the Kingdom. Mysteries that would help reshape their present worldview into more of a Kingdom worldview.
M-12) At the very start of His ministry, Jesus was preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, not the Gospel of Jesus, and not the Gospel of Salvation, — those came later. The unleashing of His Fathers Kingdom was a high priority as it opened the doors for him to heal the sick and deliver those who were demon possessed. His Fathers priority was that He would search out the family first, then deliver the family, restore the family, and eventually preserve the family.
M-13) While unleashing the Kingdom, — Jesus’ deity was fully expressed as the prophesied one has now arrived in the flesh. The Gift of Salvation, along with the Ministry of Jesus, brought that much needed realignment. The King of kings and Lord of lords now exemplifies what it is to walk in true character, and what real servanthood needs to look like when it comes to true ministry.
M-14) Jesus said that Moses came with the law but no one keeps the law. He then says to a crowd that was condemning an adulterous woman that he who is without sin cast the first stone. He later shares that He is the light that has come to the world. Obvious the light that He represents comes with a whole different interpretation of righteousness. One of the big reasons why the Son of God was sent, was to help a conquered people see through a completely different lens, — a born again lens.
M-15) Jesus begins to wash His disciples feet telling them that He was sent by His Father to lead a people through servanthood. That He not only came to serve His Father, but to also serve a lost people. He tells them that whoever among them wants to be great, must become the greatest servant of all. He then models servanthood and states that if He is their teacher, who is now washing their feet, how much more should they be serving one another, and watching over one another.
M-16) His releasing of the Gospel of the Kingdom, and the expression of that Kingdom, was designed to be transferable. A Kingdom expression designed to be passed down to His disciples. The on going transition from generation to generation was to give continuance to the Gospel of the Kingdom until He returns. That healing and deliverance, including the laying on of hands, was all part of their new born again lifestyle.
M-17) Jesus teaches His disciples to pray, — when releasing the Lords prayer, Jesus leads them straight into the Kingdom. "Our Father who are in heaven, Holy is your name. THY KINGDOM COME, thy will be done, on earth as it is heaven . . .” Obviously the unfolding of the Kingdom was a priority to Jesus and to His Father, as the Kingdom was mentioned at the beginning of the prayer. It was strategically designed to realign and restructure them here on earth as it is in heaven, to transition them out of a all the disruptions, distractions, and distortions.
M-18) Jesus points out that His new teachings can in no way be connected with anything that’s old. His message regarding the old and new wineskins make it very clear that everything has changed. That the born again boots on the ground is a whole new adventure that comes with a whole New Testimony. He instructs His disciples to NOT blend in any way, His teachings with any of the other teachings that are out there. That He is the way, the only way, and that there is no other way to the Father but through Him only.
M-19) Jesus spoke about them entering into their true identity. To walk away from all the worries and distractions that preoccupies them into those unneeded pressures. To walk away from all the distortions. Jesus spoke of their need to seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, not only mentally and spiritually, but also provisionally as their Heavenly Father knows exactly what they have need of, — they just need to simply ask in faith believing as they prioritize the Fathers business.
M-20) Jesus spoke about the fear of man verses the fear of God. To not fear those who are able to kill the body and not the soul, but to rather fear Him who is able to destroy both body, and soul, as both body and soul enter into hell. That the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.
M-21) Jesus spoke about Him being the Sabbath rest, — to not be stressed, burdened, nor to be fearful. For the New Testament priesthood that Jesus walks in has crowned Him as Lord of the Sabbath. And that His ministry included Him being that daily resting place for those who are born again. To rest in Him seven days a week, a rest that comes with a peace that surpasses all understanding no matter what the circumstances.
M-22) To be born again was the starting point for the refining of character. And for each individual life, Jesus was clearing the way for their incredible personalized journey. The whole restoration process was to realign them in a true character that allows the Spirit of God to take them deeper into the realms of all that heaven has for them. Again it’s an incredible journey where the imprinting of the old needs to be removed so that the new born-again lifestyle can go the distance.
M-23) Jesus spoke about the need to abide in Him and display good fruit. That they should be known by those around them by their good fruit. That a Spirit-filled life should include the fruits of the Spirit. Again, it’s all about the changing of character. The end game was never to just get saved, but to be a living breathing vessel, that displays the love of God, and the glory of God, to a fallen world.
M-24) When Jesus was casting out unclean spirits, healing the sick, and raising the dead, again Jesus was preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom. Jesus clearly identified to His disciples that He was specifically sent to go from town to town and preach the Gospel of the Kingdom because it was for this very purpose that He has come. It was all about setting the captives free, and re-establishing the family, — releasing a whole new lifestyle.
M-25) Jesus mentions the need for His disciples to take up their cross and follow Him. That statement was not identifying them as being crucified with him on the cross, nor did it mean that they have been redeemed from the penalty of sin because the crucifixion was still a few years away. Jesus was directing them to embrace their own personal death sentence. To put self, and all selfishness to death, and start moving forward, being Kingdom minded, for the Kingdom of Heaven has now become their new dwelling place.
M-26) Jesus instructs that narrow is the way that leads to life and only few find it. That he who finds his life will lose it, but he that loses his life for His sake, will find it. To give to those who ask and to those who want to borrow, to pray for those who misuse you and persecute you. To reconcile yourself to those that you have offended so that the fruits of unity can have its way.
M-27) Jesus spoke in parables to reveal the knowledge of the hidden mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven to His disciples. That the hidden revelation was set aside for born again believers only. A knowledge that will help them understand how to live in this world within a world. A wisdom that will allow them to live in the fullness for today. That the unveiling of those mysteries is all part of their realigned born again package.
M-28) When Jesus spoke on the Parable of the Sower, He was making reference how good ground automatically bears good fruit. At that time Jesus was not preaching about the Gospel of Salvation, but the Gospel of the Kingdom. This helps identify that Jesus was making reference to Kingdom fruit, and that the good ground was all about good character. Jesus was instructing His disciples the need to bear Kingdom fruit, which directly connects to the ministry He was releasing. Again, — the Kingdom had a priority.
M-29) Jesus touches on the hypocrite, the poser, those who walk piously, being double minded and unfaithful, those who criticize as they compromise the truth for their own gain. Jesus questions His disciples by saying that if there is a little bit of darkness in ones life then how great is that darkness? Jesus was dealing with the divisive mindset within the community, as He now steers His twelve to walk as one, to walk in a unity where the commanded blessings come from.
M-30) Born again, His disciples are now covered with the Garments of Salvation and the Robe of Righteousness. They are now covered with a righteousness that gives them the ability to do what is right. This weaponization of righteousness now allows His disciples to get through all that is un-righteous and self-righteous. Jesus’ plan was to change their reactive defaults, and get them to respond into doing what is right. To be at the right place, at the right time, doing what is right, for all the right reasons.
M-31) Jesus emphasized that Love is the greatest and first commandment. Jesus’ commanded His disciples that they love one another as He has loved them. And that to love God with all their heart, and to love their neighbor as themselves. That the big push behind Salvation came because of the Fathers great love towards them. My guess is, that on the day when we all find ourselves standing before the Lord, — there could be that one qualifying question: “ Have you learned to Love? ”
M-32) Jesus clearly defines to His disciples that He did not come on His own authority, nor did He come on His own accord, but that He was sent to take care of His Father business, and to speak on His Fathers behalf. Making reference that they too should not walk on their own authority, nor on their own accord, but to release the Kingdom, as modeled by Jesus, as expressed by Jesus, and to do everything in the name of Jesus.
M-33) Jesus touches on the faithfulness of God, that the disciples have been justified by their faith through the one whom the Father has sent. And if Heavenly Father was faithful enough to send His only Son, will He not be faithful enough to see them through? Heavenly Father says to test Him to see if the Kingdom of Heaven will not show up, to see if the gates of heaven will not open up and bless them. For God is not slack when it comes to His promises towards them. Having adopted them into the family, — Father has no plans to abandon them.
M-34) What Jesus exemplified and modeled to His disciples is what needs to happen today if we allow it. Nothing has changed, — it’s the same Spirit doing the same work. Like the disciples of old, — we were meant to be living breathing temples, walking in the fruits of the Spirit, and in the Gifts of the Spirit, and being led by the Spirit, as the Kingdom of Heaven lands all around us as it landed all around them. How Jesus defined His disciples, and how the Kingdom expressed itself, is how Holy Spirit wants to define us today, and how the Kingdom wants to express itself today. In doing that we give continuance to the Book of Acts.

3 - The Spoken Words of Jesus
Jesus set the stage for the first church model in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. What was modeled in those four gospels was the blueprint that the apostles ran with in the Book of Acts. Jesus and His disciples, including the Book of Acts, never put up one building. The gospel, the Kingdom, and all those early church gatherings, were constantly moving forward with incredible power setting people free. It was a search and restore mission as the Kingdom landed with its many surprises.
The following key scriptures are the very words spoken by Jesus in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These passages give us an idea of what was carved out during those original gatherings, as in accordance to the Fathers blueprint. What Jesus defined by His own words was a game changer for the world and for the religious system.
During the canonization process for the first publication of the public Bible (King James Bible) there were 141 Books available. Only 66 Books made it into the first public Bible. Some of the key Books that were dismissed during the canonization process were: “The Hidden Words of Jesus”, “The Epistle of Jesus Christ”, “The Wisdom of Jesus”, and included was “The Gospel of Peter”. So much has been removed when it comes to the actual spoken words of Jesus, — but lets run with what we have. Here are the spoken words of Jesus from Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, which defines what the church needs to look like. It’s amazing what He said, and what He didn’t say. What we added, and what we took away.

Jesus Setting the Model with His own Words
Note: Read all of these passages slowly so that you can get the bigger picture of what Jesus was actually expressing. Jesus, the Bridegroom, was NOT speaking a message for His generation only, but also for every generation that followed after. We are also part of the Bride, and what the Bridegroom spoke during His 3.5 years of ministry, — also applies to us today.

S-1) John 12:49-50 “ For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”

That they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You. That they also may be one in Us. That the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them. That they may be one just as We are one. I in them, and You in Me. That they may be made perfect in one. And that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.”
In Closing:
Jesus was born in Bethlehem in a small stable. Everything He birthed ( as far a ministry ) was like His own Bethlehem experience. They were all humble, community, family, beginnings empowered by the Spirit, fueled by the Kingdom, where together as one, they pioneered a very powerful movement. Jesus, in the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, created a reality for true ministry during His 3.5 years on how to take care of His Father's business. The mystery of the completed package for ministry sits within those four gospels.
On the cross Jesus said in His final words " It is finished " in other words He completed His ministry model, He completed His assignment for salvation, and He sealed that model and assignment with the shedding of His blood. The only thing needed for the continued work of redemption to flow from generation to generation, is for the present generation to play their part, — and that's where we come in.
The reason why they call it the “ Book of Acts ” is because the disciples “Acted” upon what was established. Something we need to act upon today. Jesus finished His assignment; we just need to jump on our assignment, our calling, and our destiny. All He desires is for us to believe in faith, and run with what He established, — it’s all mapped out in the four gospels, demonstrated in the Book of Act, and defined even more in the Epistles.
For us today it has become a heart issue, and a visual issue. How we process stuff, and how we view things, is what's problematic today. Which is the very reason why so many are loosing the battle today. If our eyes are compromised, how much darkness are we actually walking in? If our heart is compromised, how misaligned are the things we treasure? If our identity is compromised, how far off the pathway are we really? Because walking in those compromises minimizes the impact of a powerful gospel that we should be walking in.
It comes down to trust. How trustworthy are we really? Can we be trusted with a very powerful gospel without compromising the ministry of Jesus with our own personal me ministry? Because if there is a bit of that personal me ministry in our walk, how far removed is it from the ministry of Jesus that we should really be walking in? And without knowing, we steer many into that entertainment spirit where we entertain with our worship, our prophetic, along with any apostolic movement we may be a part of.
For 2025, we need to reshape our realities to line up with His realities. We need to trust in what Jesus established here on earth as Holy Spirit realigns us into all that Heavenly Father has for us, — in doing that we will go the distance during the 2025 season.
Remember, We are here to take care of the Fathers business only!
