The whole reasoning for the gospel is for restoration, that we'd be restored to walk in our true identity. Born again we now discover the depths of Jesus and the authority that comes with that name, to venture out into those Kingdom of Heaven realities here on earth. Satan the devil, wants to redirect us into a false identity, having us walk in all the false authorities that he has institutionalized for the past 2000 years. That we venture into all of his illusions, distortions, distractions of a counterfeit light where we are totally minimized.
Being ousted from one of the highest positions in heaven, having a new position where he now roams the earth, ruling from a place of authority called hell. Lucifer, once the Morningstar, God's highest creation, gets a makeover as Satan the devil, the talking serpent, the original reptilian. Being overhauled, — he is beyond mad and has serious plans to retaliate.
So now he goes after God's prized creation, — the human race. His weapon for mass deception, in the times that we are presently walking in, — Charismatic Witchcraft. This weapon comes loaded with the leviathan spirit, the jezebel spirit, the narcissist spirit, the religious spirit, and most recently, the spirit of A.I. This five-headed beast, all masters of deception, has been strategically designed to distort our identity, personally and corporately, minimizing the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. And because of the new season that we have just entered into, it’s time that we expose this thing !

First Hand Knowledge of Charismatic Witchcraft
Go west young man was the call. So I moved from the prairies of Alberta to the West Coast. To a city walking in a 70-year history of the occult, witchcraft, and the satanic. At that point I had little knowledge about witchcraft and the puppet masters behind it. And without knowing, but obviously led by the Holy Spirit, I found myself moving into a historic neighborhood in Victoria, British Columbia, filled with a history of the occult and witchcraft, — white witches, black witches, along with satanic high priests, new age gurus, and a religiousness that was saturated with a witchcraft that influenced the whole west coast region.
Having walked the previous two years with a Second Chapter of Acts environment, to now finding myself living in the heart of a city that has become the second world occult center. The first center is in Europe, the third one is in Mexico, and now I’m living in the second one. Going into my second year of living in Victoria, I realized this city was in a transitional time as the 70 years of captivity was now coming to an end.
I witnessed a counterfeit movement of misinformation and disinformation filled with false signs, wonders, and miracles arising in our midst. It was a seducing and compromised language when compared to the two years of walking out the Book of Acts. The demonic force behind it somehow had the ability to see the coming glory that God had planned for this city. I saw the spiritual battle lines being drawn. The ground was staked with a distorted prophetic and it was about to get real ugly.
70 years ago the glory of God fell upon this city, one third of Victoria had a revelation of Jesus. Born again, and with Jesus and His ministry being central in every meeting, — healing, deliverances, and miracles became front-page news. But then City officials decided to put a halt to this movement, throwing God's chosen one out of its city, charging him with practicing medicine without a license. It was from that day forward that the City of Victoria spiraled into captivity, — eventually becoming the second world occult center.
The strongman over that region was a high level principality that covered a lot of ground. 70 years ago the whole island went dark. The demonic stronghold that gripped Victoria seized the governmental capital having a firm grip not only on Vancouver Island, but also all of British Columbia. The occult was firmly set in place and the demonic power structures now had legal right to assault all the charismatic streams with false systems. As the force of religious and governmental structures continued to hijacked the Charles Price movement, — the glory of God eventually departed.
Now with the 70 years of captivity coming to an end, the demonic was quick to step in with a strategy that would usurp any recovery and restoration plans, along with derailing the coming glory. After my first year of living in Victoria I realize that I found myself in the midst of transitional times at the highest levels. And from what I’ve personally learned from my many years of watching the effective strategies of Charismatic Witchcraft upon believers, — the intel from those strategies, is the much needed intelligence we need for the season at hand. Thus the reason for writing out this article.

A Total Collapse caused by Charismatic Witchcraft
While the Father's plan was to release a new season of restoration and revival while coming out of a 70-year captivity, the adversary's plan was to usurp it, create a misalignment and a mismanagement, minimizing it for its self-destruction. His plan was to create a subtle misdirect, fooling the masses once again with a religious strategy that has worked for the past 400 years, — institutionalism.
Charismatic Witchcraft, the latest of indoctrination, was strategically designed to derail a powerful gospel that’s fueled with the Kingdom of Heaven, into something that is filled with all that is false. Releasing false identities, false ministries, false characters, filled with controls, illuminated with a false spirituality, blinding many to walk in a false kingdom that would replaced the Holy Spirit with a whole new illuminating governance. It’s a false spirituality coming as an angel of light when it comes to the prophetic, the worship, the apostolic, and when it came to church governance.
False piety and false humility play a big part when it comes to Charismatic Witchcraft. Witchcraft is all about control, manipulation and deception, getting people to walk in the illusion, convincing many today that they are forerunners for the gospel. False piety and false humility play into it as it bends realities and manipulates direction, all for personal and corporate gain, distorting spiritual gifts and the authority that comes with it. The puppets used for this distortion have no idea that they are being played. Innocent in most cases, their selfish desires controlled their distorted defaults, blindly manipulating them into all that is false.
The original movement with Charles Price, and with the Vineyard, was all about the manifest presence of God showing up in their camps. The character behind the manifest presence was filled with Gods glory, flowing inline with the Jesus ministry character. It’s that very part where God manifested himself in the flesh that becomes our plumb line, our safeguard, as far as what true character and what true ministry needs to look like. A ministry, and a presence, saturated in unconditional love, followed by prophetic signs, prophetic wonders, prophetic healings, and prophetic miracles as exemplified by the Spirit of Prophecy that Jesus demonstrated.
The false manifest presence is now governed by self-motivated personalities. It's when we wait upon the Lord in our gatherings that the manifest presence comes with the ministry of Jesus, directing us on how we need to tend to the Fathers business. The false manifest presence walks in its own glory as it tends to its own business.

Once Programmed, We are now Programmable
Having personal spiritual experiences should propel us into great heights. The strength of every leader is usually found in the degree of his faithfulness, and to the disciplines that the Holy Spirit has defined in him. Any needed correction along the way is usually automatic if this leader is truly led by the Holy Spirit. But when true leadership is lacking, almost every vacuum in that leadership will be filled with pride, immaturity, and rebelliousness.
The warfare that continually surrounds us is very real. Every time there is a call for the manifest presence of God, — the adversary is already strategizing on how to disrupt and distort it for his gain. His strategy is that we walk in our own presence, that we walk in our own agenda, and that we take care of our own business, where we end up walking in all that is false, — false prophetic, false signs, false wonders, false healings, and false miracles. This is Charismatic Witchcraft in its finest form, being well structured, deceiving many. Once it has us programmed, we are now programmable within the spiritualized counterfeit.
The mistakes we make should be recognizable, but to the immature, and to the self-motivated, it’s not recognizable at all as the saturation levels of Charismatic Witchcraft have already assumed much of the control, — all because of personal and corporate agendas being at the forefront. And because of the new governance, the manifest presence has now been replaced with hype, and with entertainment. We now have a leadership that is teaching us how to function within the false charismatic structures, when true leadership should be demonstrating us on how we need to patiently be led by the Holy Spirit.
A perfect example of a corporate disconnect is where the Vineyard movement was never meant to be another denomination. It was designed to assist movements that would help give continuance to other movements like the Charles Price movement that just came out of its 70-year captivity. The Vineyard was designed to be a movement that would become an extension of a glorious experience for all existing denominations. The timing was perfect when it came to Victoria. One movement coming out of captivity, another one showing up giving continuance to the one that was once lost.

The Spiritual Warfare of the Redirect
What started in a West Coast City over 70 years ago now gets reignited for a global experience. What the adversary stole, the Lord now plans to blitz worldwide, but because new movements are a new experience for most, well that makes it easier for the adversary to manipulate everything towards the predictable scripts as he distorts the unfamiliar good things of God into those familiar ways of how we love to do things. The planned misdirect was to redirect leaders to build unto their own likeness, into what they are familiar with, instead of allowing God to build unto His likeness, steering leaders into the unfamiliar good things that God has for them.
As we attempted to plant our feet on the ground for the new season, the adversary was quick to alter the foundation by using self-motivated leaders to steer a movement into a position where it would eventually collapse. And collapse it did as it turned the restoration plan of God into something comparable to the black plague. The spiritual body count was piling up and the destruction was at a whole new level, — to the point where the Lord had to send John Paul Jackson to rebuke the charismatic leaders in Victoria.
The damage devastated a powerful movement where 10 years later, all evidence of a city walking out of its 70 years of captivity totally disappeared. When picking up all the pieces from a crushing battlefield, all evidence pointed to that powerful destructive force called Charismatic Witchcraft. With the coming judgment to follow, Holy Spirit was now showing me that I need to move my family to Kelowna.
Having lived another 10 years in Kelowna; It was a replay of what happened in Victoria. It was the exact strategies during the previous 10 years in Victoria now being played out in Kelowna. This time Charismatic Witchcraft was able to destroy the Apostolic calling on Kelowna, along with the total destruction of the rising Eagle Nest, where God was raising up a whole new generation of Joseph’s, Daniel’s, Paul’s, and many others, including the Spirit of Elijah, who were all designed to play a part of the prophetic voice that was being raised up for a nation.
Charismatic Witchcraft was able to dismantle a complete movement. And once again the spiritual body count was massive. And another denominational Vineyard movement came to an end with the building in Kelowna eventually being sold. After the first 10 years in Victoria, nobody wanted to listen to the intelligence. After the second 10 years in Kelowna, still nobody wanted to listen to the intelligence on the destruction of a 20 year battlefield that crushed so many lives. And now 10 years later, totaling 30 years, I now feel the need to write out the revelation about this devastating weapon called Charismatic Witchcraft. Somehow we all need to wake up.

The Weapon of Mass Destruction
What activated this weapon, and gave it license, was when the manifest presence found itself converging with self motivated leaders, redirecting the eyes of a gathering and the presence of God through a false governmental leadership, who have now assumed the position to direct the manifest presence, to the point where the actual presence of God was replaced by a counterfeit presence. The line was fine, and subtle was the exchange. But most missed out on the transition because of the character defaults that governed the masses into the programming.
What ignited the Charismatic Witchcraft in Victoria was when the Charles price movement, coming out of 70 years of captivity, was subtly engrafted into a rising denomination called the Vineyard. This refreshing movement, was never meant to be denominationalized. It was designed to be a movement that would refresh all other denominations, — especially here in Victoria. This new denomination in Victoria now came with its fixers. And the fixers came with denominational controls on how we need to move forward.
Right out of the starting gate there was a redirect because of the vacuum that dwelt within the fixers. With a 70-year captivity coming to an end, was around the same time the Vineyard movement came upon the scene. What was meant to be a continuation of the Charles Price movement, turned into a denomination that was never meant to be, — thus giving Charismatic Witchcraft the opportunity to start navigating threw the movement. This denominational redirect actually gave continuance to the captivity as it restricted and minimized a movement. The evidence was all over the spiritual battlefield. 10 years later the spiritual body count was massive.

Top Down Readjustments
This top down denomination came with its readjustments. They readjusted the direction of the prophetic, they readjusted the direction of worship. This movement, filled with self-preservation and protectionism, was now under a governance that was never meant to be. But not all was lost. Some major battles were won, but at the end, the war was lost as a movement within the denomination was totally fragmented where the evidence of a denomination totally disappeared in Victoria. All three Vineyard church plants disappeared.
This subtle redirection of a movement is what opened the doors for this thing called Charismatic Witchcraft, releasing a false spiritual replica of the prophetic, the apostolic, and the pastoral. What was meant to be a season of restoration ended up being another season of programming as a counterfeit spiritualization subtly took over with false signs, false wonders, along with its false prophetic intelligence. Cunningly devised, and cunningly executed, — where most never noticed the great exchange.
The adversary’s tool kit, full of strategies, is filled with weapons designed to minimize humility, as he steers leadership towards self-exaltation, self-promotion, and self-preservation. He was able to redirect the manifest presence and the glory of God, to where they are now manifesting their own glory and directing their own meetings.
Being skillfully activated, Charismatic Witchcraft was now putting on the greatest show on earth with its counterfeit glory. It was never about entertainment, it was about Kingdom expansion. This counterfeit kingdom, with it's self motivated leaders, have now taken over, all made possible by minimizing the quality of humility that was needed to keep a movement on track. Instead of God doing the promoting, they are now doing the promoting; convincing themselves that they truly are taking care of the Fathers business.

The counterfeit holy spirit
Our adversary is very familiar with the battle within the human mind as he now convinces those around to manipulate the ministry of worship as a vehicle to catapult the gathering into their programming. With humility and transparency totally toned down to all that is false, a counterfeit holy spirit now replaces Holy Spirit. Conviction is now being restructured with a distorted grace, as righteousness and holiness is scaled down with a whole new set of guidelines. With that, a whole new norm is now set in motion.
Charismatic Witchcraft, with its controlling governance, is now the lead dog as it assumes absolute control. Now comfortably in place, it discredits the true apostles, the true prophets, and the true pastors, as the true Voice of the Lord is minimized as it now spins off false prophetic councils, and false prophetic roundtables.
What many completely missed out on, was that once Jesus departed, the adversary, for over 2000 years has been fine-tuning the art of deception. Today, he's always twelve moves ahead, and that is only possible when you have unskilled, untrained, immature leaders at the helm, who are being hero-worshipped. Charismatic leaders walking with their secrets, filled with character defaults that have never been recalibrated, — but because of their charisma, their charm, their personality, — they continue to be promoted.
This governance of the ongoing programming, where people are redirected towards doctrines and denominations is what causes movements to be denominationalized for the craziest reasons. People not realizing that the raising up of personalities, instead of the raising up the Jesus ministry, is what sidelined the Holy Spirit in past movements. Not being sensitive enough when to speak and when not to speak creates a huge misdirect. This self-exaltation usually comes with the rejection of the very ones that God plans to raise up. Usurping and ousting is huge in the programming. Once you’re in the program, the programming never ends, and the deception goes deeper.
In every new season, leaders need to be at that place of humility, being teachable, being transparent, being accountable, and being at that place of rest, as the new season takes them into the unfamiliar good ground that the Lord has for them. We will make mistakes, which is the very reason why humility needs to play a big part where we wait upon the Lord. Not modeling that will only fragment a movement, like past movements, where the Bride never gets to where she needs to be.
Charismatic Witchcraft minimizes God's original intentions as we now go from one square dance to the next. And as long as the greatest show on earth gets its way, — the deeper we walk into the programming, the deeper we walk into the deception. And when it all crashes and burns, the wounds are so deep that the adversary is now able to eliminate destinies, mantles, anointing’s, and any future ministries.

In Closing
What started out good, ended up bad because leaders misdirected a movement, and totally misunderstood the battlefield. Leaders lacking discernment, skill, and teamwork. Running top down gatherings where their voice continually manipulates movement. All because of a marketing persona where the progressive programming continues to leverage the false leadership in the apostolic, the prophetic, and the pastoral, where the wheels eventually fall off, — and they always fall off when there's bad leadership.
In the past, mistakes were made. With so many lessons to learn, we need tounderstand what is central when a movement begins. We need to recognize that Jesus is the seed of His Ekklesia, His Church. That He is the master builder. Anything we do needs to line up with His blueprints. We need to have a clear picture of Jesus in our hearts and remove anything that is not of Him. We need to be consumed on how Holy Spirit wants to direct a movement and not allow Charismatic Witchcraft to have its way.
The original Jesus movement, as in accordance to Heavenly Fathers design, started in a stable with a handful of shepherds. The original Azusa Street movement, as in accordance to Heavenly Fathers design, started in a small storage building with a small group of people. The Welch Revival movement, as in accordance to Heavenly Fathers design, started in a small chapel with 17 people. And similar to the Charles Price movement where one person came to visit. All these movements did more than just identify with the name of Jesus, — they were fully activated by the Holy Spirit, and fully engaging in the Ministry of Jesus, as Holy Spirit testified of Jesus filling them with signs, wonders, healings, deliverances, and miracles.
Without the big marketing plans, the hype, and the heavy endorsements, all these movements just waited upon the Lord for Holy Spirit direction. And for the new season at hand, we need to be aware how this Charismatic Witchcraft has operated in the past and start viewing things with a whole different lens. We are living in the days of the great deception. This great deception has the ability to deceive even the elect, — this great deception is a vicious beast when it comes to these latter day’s. We need to wake up, because a time will come for many where the Lord will say, ”Depart from me, for I never knew you” — Matthew 7:21-23.
