The 42nd Generation
All the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations, and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations, and from Babylon to Christ are fourteen generations, a total of 42 generations. In Matthew, David was number fourteen on the generation list. Jeconias, the king who went into Babylon was number 28 on the list, but then Joseph, husband of Mary was number 40, making Jesus number 41. So who is number 42? When unpackaging that mystery, — something interesting started to unfold.
Psalm 22:30-31 speaks of a generation coming forth. “A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness.” It prophetically speaks of a generation that will come forth and walk in His righteousness, a people demonstrating what it is that the Lord can do. A generation, a Sonship company, a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people called out of darkness and into His marvelous light, as mentioned in 1st Peter 2:9
Revelation 21:7 KJV - "He that over comes shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son." Revelation 21:7 NLT - " All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children." It is that company of people spoken of by Isaiah in Chapter 8 where he describes a people willing to hear and obey the word of God, whom the world absolutely hates. A people surrounded by troubles that know that nothing comes their way but by the will of the Lord. A designated group designed for signs and wonders for the Fathers glory.
The Generation of the Sons of God
It is this generation referred to in Romans 8:29 as being conformed to His image. It is this Jesus Christ generation, an elect company, an “Ekklesia” called out of all the ages who are joint heirs with Christ who will rule and reign with Him. This is the missing generation! The 42nd generation of the Sons of God that are coming forth in the image of Jesus to bear His name and continue His life here on earth.
This 42nd generation has been in the making for over 2000 years. Predestined, they are conformed to the image of the Son of God, also known as the firstborn, a generation of many brethren as mentioned by Paul. A chosen generation where He chose them! He has selected them before the foundations of the world. This seed, the offspring of Jesus, who bear His name, are the very ones who grew up into Jesus manifesting His life and nature.
It is these ones who were not swayed by religion, nor distracted by denominations, or misguided by the false, but into Jesus were they led, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. With Jesus in them, — the Father can now be glorified. Colossians 1:27 – “ To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Jesus in you, the hope of glory.”
2000 Years of Fracturing
For over 2000 years, the adversary has been confusing and dividing the sons of God, fracturing them with multiple religions and denominations. He has responded against this chosen generation with a red sea of religious blood that has flooded the land for over 2000 years, — but that red sea is about to be parted once again!
Jesus, when He drew that line in the sand, — a state of war was declared and the rules of engagement have everything to do with taking care of His Fathers business. A remnant has emerged, — God has made a way for the 42nd Generation to breakaway once again from the delusion, the distractions, and the many strongholds that came with 2000 years of false religion, a false representation of what Jesus originally intended.
Ekklesia is arising once again and the true Sons of God, who have been given over for a sign and a wonder are about to step forward and display the Fathers glory, — the likes we have not seen for some time!
